Fort Worth man charged with child sex assault, kidnapping

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A Fort Worth man faces charges of kidnapping and sexual assault after police found two young runaway girls at his home.

Fort Worth police said in a statement Sunday that officers conducting a welfare check at a home Saturday encountered 49-year-old Robert B. Harris. Police say Harris told officers there were two young girls at his residence who were “possible runaways.”
